Before you move in, we'll make sure your apartment is in top condition. We'll apply a fresh coat of paint, replace the carpet, give the space a thorough cleaning, and take care of small details like replacing lightbulbs and updating the outlet and light switch covers.

To get help with a repair in your unit, please submit a work order.
Maintenance issues are handled by submitting a work order. Our maintenance team will then take care of the request directly or assign the work order to ensure it's resolved promptly.
No, you do not need to be present for the service technician to complete the work.
If you're locked out, please report to the front desk. They’re available 24/7 to help you.
Yes, you're welcome to decorate your apartment, but please note that certain decorations or paint colors may result an additional charge.
Amenities
Our property offers a variety of amenities, including two laundry facilities, two bike rooms, package lockers, a resident lounge, a business center, a fitness center, and a grilling area.
Grills are available from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Yes, parking is available! There’s a lot attached to the building, as well as another lot just two blocks west.
We don't have in-unit laundry rooms, but there are convenient washer and dryer facility located on the first floor.
Yes, Twin Towers is a pet-friendly community! We’d love to welcome your furry friends.
To have pets at Twin Towers, there’s a one-time non-refundable pet fee ($150 for cats and $350 for dogs) and a $35/month pet rent for dogs.
Yes, there is a 35 lb weight limit for pets. Additionally, we have breed restrictions, which include German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Cane Corsos, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, and Wolf Hybrids.
We don’t have a pet park, but we do have plenty of grassy areas around the property where your pets can enjoy some outdoor time!
Our standard appliances include a fridge and a range.
We don’t offer furnished apartments, but we’d be happy to connect you with CORT furniture rentals to make your move easier!
We do offer short-term leases, with the shortest term being 6 months.
We do not offer corporate leases.
We don’t hold packages at the leasing office, but they will be placed in a Luxer locker or our overflow room for easy pickup.
The fitness center is available for you to use from 5 AM to 11 PM!
Our gym features 2 multi-function trainers, weights ranging from 5-60lbs, 2 benches, 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, and 2 bikes, so you have plenty of options for your workout!
Yes, we have quiet hours in place: Sunday through Thursday, they start at 10 PM, and on Friday and Saturday, they begin at midnight.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. We’re closed on Sundays.

When you sign the lease, you'll need to pay a $475 application fee, a Surety bond fee ranging from $88 to $613 depending on your credit risk score, and the first month's rent along with utilities, which must be paid before move-in.
For first-time renters, our best advice is to pay your rent on time and report any issues as soon as they arise. This helps keep everything running smoothly and ensures you have a positive renting experience!
You can pay your rent online via BILT, or you can pay with a check, money order, or cashier's check.

Yes, there are utility fees.
Yes, renter's insurance is required with a $300K liability coverage.

Yes, we currently offer a $1,500 referral bonus, which is split between the two residents.
Guests are welcome, but they must abide by the same rules as the leaseholder.
We do not offer price reductions for signing a longer lease or paying rent a year in advance.
Your security deposit will not transfer to the new community. You will need to pay a new security deposit for the new apartment.
Subletting is not allowed, but we offer a reletting option. This means a new resident can take over your lease, and you will no longer be liable for the apartment.
If you need to break your lease, there is a fee of two months' rent.
